Through Dec. 31, the Pflugerville Education Foundation (PEF) will be hitting the streets and asking parents, community members and businesses for donations as part of its annual campaign. The PEF funds grants and various programs benefiting Pflugerville ISD students and teachers throughout the school year.

In the 2011-2012 school year, the PEF raised more than $200,000 for the district, which was used to sustain new teaching strategies, implement innovative ideas and other initiatives to enhance instruction and educational opportunities.

Pflugerville TX, Pflugerville ISD alumni in the community, around the state and across the country are making an impact in Pflugerville ISD by donating to the Pflugerville Education Foundation’s (PEF) Inaugural "Alumni Leave a Legacy” or A.L.L. Campaign. This giving campaign is designed to engage, educate, and steward the Pflugerville ISD alumni in an effort to raise funds for the PEF mission to help PISD students reach their full potential.

The Pflugerville Education Foundation’s 7th Annual Schoolhouse Scramble held at the Golf Club at Star Ranch on September 20 raised more than $30,000, thanks to the contribution of 140 participants. A 100% of these funds will be used to support programs benefitting Pflugerville Independent School District.
